.OFM File Extension

Form saved in the "intelligent" OmniForm format, a proprietary format used by OmniForm scanning and OCR software; can be filled out using OmniForm Filler, included with the OmniForm program.

The OFM format supports digital signatures, attachments, field validation, calculations, and automatic form fill from previously entered data.

OmniForm was originally developed by ScanSoft, which merged with Nuance Communications in 2005.
