| File Description |
Contains properties used by Xerox Document Library software, which organizes documents into virtual "cabinets" on a computer; property sets can be applied to cabinets created by Xerox FreeFlow software.
Properties contain descriptive information about documents; when a Library Search is performed, documents can be selected based on their properties, which makes finding documents easier; this helps make large databases of documents more manageable.
SET files are created by the Library Administration Tool, which is part of Xerox FreeFlow Software package; to create a new Property Set, click the "Cabinets and Properties" tab, then select "New Property Set" from the toolbar. |
