.3GPP2 File Extension

Audio and video container format created in the 3GPP2 (3rd Generation Partnership Project 2) format; contains both audio and video data; designed to extend several of the specifications from the 3GPP standard (.3GP files) for CDMA-based mobile phones.

3GPP2 files are most commonly seen with the .3G2 extension.
