.AAWDEF File Extension

Contains definitions of adware, spyware, and viruses for Ad-Aware, an anti-spyware program; used for locating and removing malware from a system; should be updated regularly to protect against new types of system attacks.

The main definitions file is named "core.aawdef" and is located in the "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware 2007\" directory.
