.C4 File Extension

Compressed bitmap image format developed by the Joint Engineering Data Management Information and Control System (JEDMICS); used by the United States Department of Defense (DoD); also called an Edmics file.

NOTE: Different C4 files may use variations of the Edimics format, meaning programs like XnView may be able to open some, but not all C4 files.
