| File Description | Project file created by Adobe Captivate, an eLearning content authoring tool; stores a series of slides, each of which may contain static and dynamic content; may include screen recordings and Flash embedded content. CP files are commonly used for developing interactive eLearning products in a Flash format. Example products include software simulations and product demonstrations. NOTE: Captivate version 5 introduced the .CPTX file extension, which is now used by default in the software. Version 5 can still open older CP files. |
