.JRS File Extension

Transaction log file created by Microsoft Exchange, a popular messaging and collaboration program; serves as a placeholder for a transaction and is saved in the Exchange queue database.

NOTE: JRS files are only created when the hard disk that contains the transaction log runs out of space. They are used stop the queue database cleanly.
