.PAQ File Extension

Contains data used for restoring system files or other data pre-installed on a Hewlett-Packard (HP) computer system; saved in a compressed and encrypted archive format; typically found on HP system software installer or recovery disks.

NOTE: PAQ files can be opened with an decompression program like WinZip. If prompted for a password, enter "Pandora" to unlock the file.
