| File Description | File created by SPSS, an application used for statistical analysis; saves a custom dialog, which is a custom user interface component created by the user; enables statisticians to develop their own input forms for custom statistics functions. Custom dialogs can be created using the Custom Dialog Builder window, which can be opened by selecting Utilities → Custom Dialogs → Custom Dialog Builder from the application menu. Dialogs can be previewed in this window by choosing File → Preview Dialog.... Before using a custom dialog with SPSS, you must first install it by choosing File → Install in the Custom Dialog Builder. The main SPSS application menu now will contain the new dialog in the location you specified using the Edit → Menu Location option from the Custom Dialog Builder window. |
