.TG File Extension

Guitar tablature file created by TuxGuitar, an free, cross-platform guitar tablature editor and score viewer; contains a musical score, which may have multiple tracks; used for storing personal compositions.

Collection of files saved as a .TAR archive and compressed using .GZIP compression; typically used for archiving groups of files on Unix systems; also referred to as a "tarball."

Tar archives that are compressed with Gzip also use the .TGZ file extension.
