.VYF File Extension

Proprietary audio file format used by Samsung digital voice recorders, such as the Samsung YV-120; optimized for vocal recordings; typically named "V001.VYF," "V002.VYF," "V003.VYF," etc.

NOTE: VYF files can be converted to a more compatible .WAV format using Samsung's Voice Manger software. Voice Manager can be installed from the CD included with Samsung voice recorder devices.
