Stores weather conditions for a flight created with Microsoft Flight Simulator; may be customized by clicking the "World" menu, then "Weather" within the Flight Simulator program; weather settings may be modified using the Clouds, Precipitation, Visibility, and Wind sliders; can be customized more specifically using the Advanced Weather Settings.
The WX file is saved along with the .FLT file when creating a flight.
NOTE: WX files are used by multiple versions of Flight Simulator, including Flight Simulator 2004 and Flight Simulator X. |
