"Jump List" file type introduced with Windows 7; contains a shortcut to a recently opened item; may be a recently accessed document for a word processor, an image file for an image editor, or another recently used item; can be accessed from the Recent section of pinned applications on the taskbar (right-click pinned items and browse the Recent section).

AUTOMATICDESTINATIONS-MS files are saved to the [user]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent directory.
