Gameloft is a French video game publisher that was founded in 1999. Many of the publisher's more recent video games, particularly those published for mobile devices, include BCLARA and BLIBCLARA files. These files are game data files that were originally created in the CLARA and LIBCLARA formats, using Gameloft's proprietary Clara game design software, before being binarized and distributed within finished video games.

How to open a BCLARA file
BCLARA files are not meant to be opened. While some gamers have attempted to deserialize BCLARA files and convert them to an editable XML format, those gamers have so far been unsuccessful.
