| File Description | Index file automatically generated when multiple Compiled HTML Help (.CHM) files are merged together; creates the Help table of contents and contains references to each CHM file. The CHW file must be rebuilt each time any of the merged CHM files are updated. Otherwise, the indexes will not merge correctly and the table of contents will not be valid. CHW files can be compressed using the KeyCHW program. |
