Encrypted archive created by ZipGenius, an archive manager for Windows; saves one or more compressed files and incorporates four layers of protection (CZIP, BlowFish, TwoFish, and Rijndael); used for securely sharing data with others.

CryptoZip archives can be Standard, Self-locking, or Self-erasing archives. Self-locking and Self-erasing archives can only be extracted with the correct passphrase, and three incorrect passwords renders the file unrecoverable.
