.ICALEVENT File Extension

Data file used by Spotlight, a search program included with Mac OS X; contains cached calendar event data used for searches; typically stored in the [user]/Library/Caches/Metadata/iCal/ directory.

ICALEVENT files correspond to calendar events created in iCal.
