.NBK File Extension

Interactive whiteboard file created by SMART Notebook classroom management software; can store classroom notes and diagrams, as well as image, audio, and video files; used for storing digital lesson notes and sharing them with students.

The NBK and .XBK extensions were used by older versions of SMART software. In recent versions, notebooks use the .NOTEBOOK extension. Some NBK files can be converted to the newer NOTEBOOK format, but there may be compatibility issues with some conversions.
