.OEB File Extension

Backup of an Outlook Express e-mail database created by the Outlook Express Backup Wizard; creates a complete backup of all Outlook Express files, including accounts, identities, e-mail messages, attachments, address books, message rules, lists of blocked senders, and signatures.

Electronic publication created in the legacy Open eBook (OEB) format, which was used by some publishers and eBook readers; contains the book index, chapters, and page content; superseded by the .EPUB format.

The OEB standard was maintained by the Open eBook Forum, which is now the International Digital Publishing Forum (IDPF).
