.PHTM File Extension

Web page that contains PHP code; parsed by a PHP engine on the Web server, which dynamically generates HTML that is sent to the client's browser; often used for accessing database information.

PHP pages may also use the .PHTML extension, though the standard .PHP extension is the most common.
