When joining a meeting, a Web browsers may ask a user to download a launch.rtc file, which prevents the meeting from being joined. To fix this issue, use one of the following steps:
- Disable the Internet Explorer "Do Not Save Encrypted pages to disk" option at the following menu location: Tools → Internet Options → Advanced → Security.
- Re-associate the RTC file type with Live Meeting.
