Graphics file used by Impress, the graphics editing program included with the OpenOffice.org productivity suite; contains a fill pattern used for painting the background of an image with gravel, leaves, flowers, or other patterns.

You can access the bitmap styles in Impress by selecting Format → Fill/Area → Bitmap from the application menu.
