.SUMO File Extension

Raster graphic created by Sumo Paint, a free online Flash image editor that runs within a Web browser; supports colors, layers, filters, and other image effects; saved in a compressed format; can be exported to .PNG and .JPG formats in Sumo Paint.

When saving an image, users can select to store a file on the Sumo Paint server or to the local hard drive. To store the file on the server, users must register an online Sumo Paint account.

NOTE: Sumo Paint is accessed online through the Snap Group's Sumo Paint website. It runs as a Flash application within a Web browser that has the Flash Player plugin. Sumo Paint Pro, the commercial version of Sumo Paint, includes a local copy of Sumo Paint, which can be used offline.
