What is a T03 file?
A T03 file is a tax return created by H&R Block TaxCut 2003, a U.S. federal and state tax preparation application for the 2003 tax year. It contains tax forms and personal information entered by a user.

TaxCut was used in the 2000s until H&R Block replaced the application in the 2009 tax year with H&R Block At Home. H&R Block then rebranded At Home software as Tax Software.
When a user works on a tax return and saves their progress, the software creates the T03 file to store the information. After saving a tax return, users can close the T03 file, then reopen it to work on it further.
How to open a T03 file
You can open a T03 file with H&R Block TaxCut 2003 and TaxCut 2004. However, recent versions of H&R Block software do not support T03 files.
