.PSPIMAGE File Extension

Graphic saved by Corel PaintShop Photo Pro, a program used for editing images and digital photos; may contain both raster and vector graphics; supports layers, transparency, filters, and other image effects; commonly used for storing touched up photos, as well as for exporting finished images to other raster image file formats.

The PSPIMAGE image format was introduced with version 8 of Paint Shop Pro (PSP), the predecessor to PaintShop Photo Pro. PSPIMAGE is still the native file type used by recent software versions.

NOTE: Prior to PSP 8, the software only used the .PSP extension.
