.GQSX File Extension

Graphic styles file used by the SmartArt component of Microsoft Office 2007 and later; stores settings that stylize a SmartArt graphic layouts (.GLOX files); can be accessed from the SmartArt Styles gallery in Microsoft Office applications.

NOTE: GQSX files use the Open XML format, which is the format used for Microsoft Word (.DOCX), PowerPoint (.PPTX), and Excel (.XLSX) documents. Therefore, you can use the format specification to create custom styles.
